Why are we overthinking?

Unequivocal, overthinking is exhausting. Your search for answers frequently and your mind becomes a shapeshifter. It changes into a maze whose questions overwhelm you and here is born fear of consequences. Maybe you're not aware of this feeling, or you don't show it off, but when certain parts of the brain and cognitive processes are quiet, you turn out more creative. When you overthink, thoughts run circles around your head and you find yourself stuck in reverse unable to move forward. Moreover, you start coming up with bizarre ideas that contradict each other. You should scrape the poison off the bones by turning down these deep thoughts and focus on what you can control. It's hard to live the same story every day, but you could change the lines and look round the corners of your mind until you find a way out. Even though you feel empty inside, you ought to cut down on bad stuff which makes you vulnerable or just ignore the panic hidden behind the truth. It's a voice through your head, which always takes advantage of fears, faults, but many people think it's insanity. Enemies or friends, you and your past should live in coexistence.

That's not enough to switch your introspection about life, nevertheless, you could offset with manage the stress.

"If it's out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too".

What’s meant to be will be. Not anymore.
